VISION
To establish Galaxy Healthcare Centre & General Hospital as a trusted, multidisciplinary healthcare institution committed to providing quality, comprehensive, compassionate and affordable healthcare across the lifespan—from newborns and children to adolescents, adults and senior citizens.
Our vision is to create an integrated healthcare system where preventive, diagnostic, therapeutic, developmental, rehabilitative and emergency services are available under one roof, with particular emphasis on early identification and intervention for developmental concerns, adolescent health and well-being, family-centred care, and equitable access to healthcare for economically disadvantaged and vulnerable sections of society.

- Child Development Clinic — Early Detection, Early Intervention and Rehabilitation

The Child Development Clinic provides comprehensive assessment and multidisciplinary intervention for children with developmental, behavioural, learning and neurodevelopmental concerns, including children with:

Where required, children and families are supported by professionals such as Developmental Paediatricians, Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Professionals, Special Educators and Physiotherapists.
- Comprehensive Adolescent Health Services
The Adolescent Clinic is committed to addressing the unique physical, developmental, emotional, behavioural and psychosocial needs of adolescents in a confidential, respectful and supportive environment.
Services include assessment, counselling and intervention for concerns related to:

- Mental Health, Counselling and Family-Centred Care
Galaxy Healthcare Centre recognises that health encompasses physical, developmental, emotional, psychological and social well-being.
Accordingly, counselling and family-support services are integrated wherever appropriate into patient care. Particular attention is given to strengthening family relationships, improving coping mechanisms, addressing behavioural and psychosocial concerns, and empowering families to participate actively in the care and development of their children and adolescents.
- CPR Training and Community Emergency Preparedness
As an IAP-accredited CPR Centre, Galaxy Healthcare Centre is committed to promoting awareness and practical knowledge of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and basic lifesaving measures.
Structured CPR training and awareness programmes are conducted for healthcare professionals and appropriate community groups with the objective of improving emergency preparedness and strengthening the community’s capacity to respond effectively during life-threatening situations.

- Affordable Healthcare for Economically Disadvantaged Families
One of the fundamental commitments of Galaxy Healthcare Centre is to make quality healthcare accessible at an affordable cost, particularly for low-income and economically vulnerable families.
Eligible families holding the Swapnaja Family Card are provided designated healthcare services at substantially reduced rates, including eligible hospitalisation and operative services, thereby reducing the financial burden associated with necessary medical care.
The Family Card initiative is designed to extend healthcare benefits to up to four members of an eligible family, in accordance with the applicable programme provisions.
- Support for Senior Citizens
Recognising the increasing healthcare needs of the elderly population, special consideration is extended to eligible Swapnaja Senior Citizen Card holders at Galaxy Healthcare Centre.
The objective is to facilitate greater access to appropriate healthcare services for senior citizens while promoting dignity, continuity of care and affordability.
